Management Reports
After receiving, validating, processing and integrating the available data from all different sources it is needed to produce effective, user-friendly reports, that suits the needs of the different stakeholders.
Quality, Content and Promptness are critical when it regards to decision making process support, and it may have a significant impact on the results, for the best or for the worse. These are the aspects we take into consideration when designing management reports.
We offer to our clients three categories of reports, each one with modules that are tailored to the different users, like general management, product, region, district managers and sales reps and in a moment of good humor, we named them based on “gastronomy”, as:
-
Fast Food
Fast Food Modules are meant to be brief, dense, static reports. The idea is to provide, at the shortest term and on the minimum number of pages, the information required to follow up the performance of products, services, areas. They are composed by tables, graphics and flags that allow the reading and situation analysis “at a glance”, as well as to answer/report the majority of the information requested in a regular basis either by senior management or by headquarters.
-
Self Service
Self Service Modules are meant to be interactive reports. With an easy and intuitive
Navigability, they cover the same aspects that the Fast Food reports but allow the client, by using the functionalities, to select periods, filter products, areas, type of analysis(values, units, share…); they can also easily produce graphs and tables and export them to excel or power point.
Some of the Self Service modules are very useful on leading a meeting, once they eliminate the need of preparing presentations, once using the filters is possible to produce the views that we would like to have for discussion, saving time not only on preparing but during those meetings as well.
-
à La Carte
As its name suggests, À Là Carte reports exists to fulfill specific, non-regular needs of our clients. These are reports tailored to pursue a specific question, or a specific, punctual need at a certain point of the decision making process.
