SFA Implementation Support

Building up a promotional message into the physician’s mind is something that takes a series of contacts, performed in a given sequence and respecting a given frequency, defined based on various parameters (physician’s prescriptive potential, organization’s coverage capacity...)

To comply with this ritual is challenging for the Sales Rep, and then the SFA tools are revealed as valuable resources on their daily routines.

Since the vital maintenance of the promotional panel basic information, record of pre and post call remarks, follow up of invitations for events, and communication between Reps from different lines calling the same physicians, SFA plays an important role on delivering results.

The challenge one faces when implementing SFA is the management of numerous variables, from the decisions regarding the equipment, its maintenance, upload, traffic, bureaucracy, up to issues regarding system customization, procedures definition, and Sales Reps training.

We developed a check list of almost two hundred events that must be monitored and an implementation timeline that takes into account the interdependence between those events. We make ourselves available to our clients in order to ensure that the implementation process takes place smoothly, respecting timelines and budgets.
